Fallout 3 Terminal Hacking - Mitchell Thompson - Computer Terminal hacking simulator
Fallout 76 unique weapons - Cold Case - Perfect Storm. Level 10 14 dmg; level 20-50 versions (19,24,29,34 dmg) are relatively underpowered.
XP from kills is faster than quests. Creatures' rank, not level, determines xp. Therefore the ideal target is the lowest level of each new rank. Eg, if creatures spawn close to your level, kill creatures until the next rank approaches, then do quests as the creatures' level-to-xp ratio increases.

..."The National Geographic article implies that electronic equipment can be disabled with nuclear blasts. Moreover, if I am ever captured, an electronic journal, with its accompanying database of maps etc is likely to be stolen from me, where a paper one would likely be overlooked. Therefore I am starting this journal in a less technologically advanced but hopefully more enduring form of record. Plus I was able to trade to Fern at the Dump for both the blank folio and a vest of metallic armor with a little over 8 lbs of jerky which, to me, smelled slightly moldy, and FMJ ammo, which seems to be everywhere in good quantity."...
..."By trading the bullets instead of my current leather plate jacket, I kept for myself an alternative form of protection, one that has proven to be very effective against ill-aimed molotov cocktails and the smaller scorpions. I call it plate because it far more closely resembles medieval plate armor than the black leather motorcycle jackets that are so common in suburban areas; the leather is barely recognizable as such, having been treated in some way to be hard like wood. Because it won't bend, it is assembled in sections, linked together with buckles and ties and clips."...
..."The metal armor has proven to be even more of a burden than I had expected; I briefly considered going back to trade the leather plate, but decided instead to cache it just southwest of the digging site. Ironically, even my shallow excavation uncovered a gardening fork, with one broken tine, which I promptly traded for a second, smaller pair of needle nose pliers and a cracked bench vise, which I also cached. The Dump people are doubtless sitting on a goldmine that they are too lazy to fully exploit; probably they feel they have their hands full guarding the place, but more likely they have never considered the possibility of their resource drying up, and the logical conclusion that follows, that the sooner they unearth and sell what is in the current location, the sooner they can move on to find another, before the wealth they have acquired is used up"....
..."It has struck me that whenever I have considered taking on a travel companion, I have always felt that they would be too much of a burden, ill armored and poorly armed. If I had armor and a weapon to give them to use, this would no longer be a consideration, leaving only the issue of trustworthiness and ability. I shall keep an eye out for someone in this area who appears suitable, and use the test of finding the armor cache as a test of both; if they are able to find the armor and loyal enough to return with it, then I will be more than happy to accept them as a partner."...
..."The nasty beer was cheap for a reason; you shouldn't get a hangover until the next day. The brewer and I spent a pleasant couple of hours in each others' company; he much enjoyed my jests, especially the one about Radscorpions. Rad? what's so Rad about them? Heheh. perhaps there is an occupation for me as an entertainer should I decide to leave the road."...
..."Reading over yesterday's entry, I was sorely tempted to erase it, but have decided to retain it for the likely event that I should require a dose of humility. Even if the radscorpion joke was funny, I am quite sure it has been done already. To give myself proper credit, though, it was doubtless the bad beer that retarded my taste in humor as much as it soured my taste buds. Ironic, also, that I chose entertainer as an occupation with which to -leave- the road; now that I reflect on it, my memory is that entertainers spend even more time travelling than I do."...

Wow, Junk
"Clever of me, was it not, to have brought exactly the right sort of Junk for this task"

"Au contraire, it is my technical wizardry that allows me to use any sort of Junk you bring me for this purpose"
