I am a freshman in college here in Iowa majoring in Physics. I don't do a whole lot. I don't play any school-sponsored sports, but I used to play soccer with my friends outside of school while I was still in high school. I don't have a real "job". I watch my nephew a lot, but it doesn't pay very well. I don't have a whole lot of close friends to hang out with, mainly because I'm terribly shy in person and often keep to myself. Despite having the outward appearance of an introvert, I love talking and spending time with friends. It just bugs me that I don't usually have a lot to actually talk about that would be interesting to anyone. Additionally, I have a problem with being laconic. I used to maintain a blog for my creative writing class in high school, and have vowed to keep it updated, though it's proving tough since school has let out. I dabbled for a time with playing the guitar, and know a bit about the instrument, such as how to read a basic guitar tab and play a few songs rather poorly. I learned via Rocksmith mainly, though I'd like to get into alternative methods of learning, since I think watching the notes glide down a television screen actually has a negative impact on my skills in the long run. My only major hobby is playing video games. Both my Xbox Live and Twitch accounts are named SergeantofBlood, and my Steam username is Bright Osemwegie. I'd say I game equally on Xbox and PC, though I hope to switch solely to PC gaming at the end of the current console generation. I am new to the art of video game streaming, but I will try to get into it more. It is currently on hiatus, however, since Xbox Live dropped Twitch support and I have been unable to stream from my PC. I like to play all sorts of games, but my favorite ones are Skyrim, Fallout: New Vegas, Black Ops III, and World of Tanks. As you can see, I like to play a lot of fun games. I enjoy listening to a variety of music, but I usually listen to rock. I go through a new favorite band nearly daily, and right now I don't really have one.
