The Urn is quest item in Fallout.
Description: A beautiful golden urn, with the name "Harriet" inscribed on the front and ashes inside.
This Urn is needed to convince Vinnie from the Skulz in Junktown that you are tough enough to join them. Before the Vault Dweller stole the Urn it was owned by Neal, who runs the Skum Pitt. After the successful shooting against the Skulz the Urn was returned to Neal
It weighs 6 pounds.
