The unstable isotope serum is a consumable item in Fallout 76.
Characteristics[]
A flask of green serum which, when consumed, will cause the player character to develop the unstable isotope mutation. This mutation will give a medium chance of a radiation blast being generated when the player character is hit by a melee attack. However, this radiation blast will also cause minor damage to the player character when generated.
