Gametitle-LHThe following is based on Lionheart and is not part of the Fallout franchise.
The ability to fight with any weapon wielded by two hands, such as a Two-Handed Sword.— Game manual, Lionheart: Legacy of the Crusader

Two-Handed Melee is a Lionheart skill.

This represents the player character's ability to use and fight with any weapon that requires two hands to wield, such as a Two-Handed Sword or Battle Axe. Two-handed weapons cause a great deal of damage, but they're slow and cumbersome. They also prevent the user from carrying a shield, so the user must sacrifice some AC for a high attack power. Two-handed prowess is best chosen by strong fighters who can handle the extra weight and have the endurance to go toe-to-toe with fierce beasts and mighty warriors. A wise warrior carries both a hammer and an axe, to be able to switch between Crushing and Slashing damage and take advantage of various enemy weaknesses.[1]
