Tutti Frutti is a cat in Appalachia in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wastelanders update.
Background[]
Tutti Frutti is owned by Penelope Hornwright, having been found in Penelope's room when it was assigned to her by the Settlers. Penelope named her after her favorite flavor of ice cream.[1] Jen was disappointed after finding out Tutti Frutti was a living cat, as she expected Penelope to have a mechanical cat instead.[2]
