General Tucker served with the United States Air Force and was the point of contact between the United States Space Administration and Hubris Comics in 2077.
Background[]
After the accidental death of a reporter who had snuck into the test-firing chamber at ArcJet Systems set back the Mars Shot Project, General Tucker was responsible for reaching out to Hubris Comics Publishing to begin a public relations campaign. General Tucker and the USSA provided the Hubris Comics with the new Captain Cosmos space suit, the CC-00 power armor, and the Cosmic cannon for use in the season finale of The Adventures of Captain Cosmos. Additionally, Tucker provided on-site technicians to assist during filming. If the promotional appearance of the USSA equipment could generate enough "good press" he planned on further sponsorship of the series.[1][2]
