Trouble with radiation is a paper note in Fallout 76.

Location[]

The note can be found near some sleeping bags in a campsite on the roof of the apartments immediately north of the Vault-Tec University campus in Morgantown. The building can be accessed from the ground or by the monorail on the west side.
