The triple barrel is a barrel weapon mod in Fallout 4.
Effects[]
When equipped on a missile launcher, its ammo capacity is increased by +2, allowing for a total of 3 missiles to be fired before reloading.

The triple barrel modification cannot be found in the game world. It may appear equipped on missile launchers that spawn with raiders, super mutants, Gunners, etc., as well as those sold by weapons merchants such as KL-E-0 in Goodneighbor. It can also be crafted at a weapons workbench.

Though its effect increases the ammo capacity of the missile launcher, the weapon still fires one missile at a time resulting in the additional missiles physically disappearing from the tubes instead of being loaded into the firing chamber.
