Background
This collection of three Halloween enthusiasts, all of whom were all killed in the wasteland at some point, left behind an advertisement for the Pumpkin House and the plans to craft their costumes on their corpses.

Other interactions
In the Location Revealed - Pumpkin House random encounter, one of the three trick-or-treaters is spawned. Picking up the Appalachia landmarks - Pumpkin House holotape on their corpse will mark the Pumpkin House on the player character's map, if it has not already been discovered.
