Tramell Ray Isaac, also known as T-Ray is an artist who worked on Fallout and Fallout 2 (as the lead artist on the latter). Among other things, he is responsible for drawing the Vault Boy in Fallout.

After leaving Interplay in 1999, he worked at Kinesoft Software and Sony Online Entertainment as art director. In 2005 he joined Obsidian Entertainment, where he worked on Neverwinter Nights 2 as lead artist, but left for the position of art director at 3D Realms in 2006. A Fallout 2 character was named after him.
