Trader is a character in the Midwest in 2197.
Background[]
He is traveling with a guard and two civilians. It is possible to trade equipment and ring pulls with him for a number of incredibly rare weapons and ammunition including the flamer pistol, Needler pistol, FN P90c, and 12 ga. shotgun shells.
