The Torn Sky is a faction who are at odds with the raider faction known as the Hounds of Hell. Their symbol was two blue slashes on their clothes and gear and as tattoos.

The Torn Sky are mentioned only in The Armageddon Rag. They were likely to appear in Fallout Online, the original Project V13; this was abandoned in favor of an unrelated project by the same name.
