The toolbox is a world and workshop object in Fallout 76.
Characteristics[]
Toolboxes are rectangular, steel boxes with rounded edges. The lid is a top lifting with a hinge on the back and accounts for approximately one-third of the outer body.
Usually containing junk, tools, or at least one form of adhesive, such as wonderglue. They can also contain other DIY items like fuses and light bulbs.
Crafting[]
The craftable red container allows for accessing one's stash.

- Toolboxes are found in most locations in Appalachia.
- At Firebase Hancock.
- At the prehistoric bones camp.
- Delano grange, in the southern shed along with several tools.
- Hornwright air purifier site 02, in a small stone building.
- Gauley Mine, inside a shack at the southern end of the mine.
