Toolboxes are containers used for storing items.
The toolboxes in the Vaults are communally owned and were passed from one generation to the next. The expectation of Vault residents is that the toolboxes will be properly cleaned and maintained to ensure their survivability.

A player can find and store items in a toolbox.
