Tom's robot is a destroyed Mister Handy in Appalachia. It is encountered in the Fake Gold Bars random encounter.
Background[]
This Mister Handy, owned by Tom, was sent by him to meet with Private Miller, a U.S. Army soldier who was planning to sell several (secretly impure) gold bars to Tom.[1][2] The ensuing deal led to Miller's death and the robot's destruction.
