To Windy is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.
Location[]
The note can be found at the unmarked former location of Milepost Zero, south of the Big Meadows gas well. It is on a crate next to the blocked-off entrance to the tunnel.

If you're reading this, you're too late. We've had to pack up shop. Can't get into details, really, but we were left with little choice.

That said, I'm a bit worried about that last letter you sent. I know you're the adventure-seeking type, but from what I've heard about that wasteland, you're lucky to make it ten feet in before dying a terrible death.
