Tim Russ is an American actor, director, screenwriter and musician. He is most known for playing the role of Tuvok in Star Trek: Voyager, and his appearance in the Mel Brooks Film, Spaceballs, as a Spaceball trooper. In Fallout 4, Russ voices Brotherhood of Steel member and captain of the Prydwen, Lancer Captain Kells. Russ also voices Zealot Ware in the Far Harbor DLC.
