Tim Russ is an American actor, director, screenwriter and musician who voiced Lancer Captain Kells in Fallout 4 and Zealot Ware in its add-on Far Harbor.

Tim is most known for playing the roles of Tuvok in Star Trek: Voyager, Principal Franklin in iCarly and Frank in Samantha Who?.
