Ranger Thomas[1] Jackson was a New California Ranger stationed near REPCONN headquarters in 2281.
Background
Jackson and Esteban Morales were stationed at Camp McCarran. Both were killed by the Fiends and their corpses are being used by Fiends to lure in NCR troops on the open terrain in front of REPCONN headquarters.
