The Third Street Municipal Building is a location in the Divide in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Lonesome Road. It is located directly south west of the Sunstone Tower roof.
Layout
The ground floor, first floor and roof of the building are inaccessible. The second floor is accessible from the ground via some metal wreckage and is connected to the small section of the city sewers nearby, which leads to the third floor of the building. The layout of both accessible floors is relatively simple, since there are almost no inner walls left.
Notable loot
- Elite riot gear and helmet can be found on a dead NCR riot control officer in the upper level of the building accessed via the municipal sewers link from this building.
- Lying, Congressional Style is found under the physician's desk on the same floor as the elite riot gear.
- A destroyed eyebot containing an upgrade needed for the ED-Ecated challenge and ED-E can be found in the sewers.

- There is an "Office of the Treasurer terminal" on a desk in the northwest corner of the building.

- There is a Ralphie poster to the right of the physician's desk needed for the Feel Like A Kid Again challenge.
- Part 2 of the Nostalgia challenge is located on the second floor on the "Office of the Treasurer Terminal" (Unusually, this may not add a note to your PipBoy, although reading the terminal still counts toward the achievement.). The terminal shows messages regarding the treatment of anti-nuclear-weapon protesters, one of whom may be Sunflower Summers.
- There may or may not be two deathclaws outside this building. Their appearance depends on whether or not marked men in the building just northwest upon entering the area after blowing up the bomb are killed.
