The power plant is a paper note in Fallout 76.

Location[]

The note can be found on a desk next to the broken terminal in the building at the top of the Summersville Dam.

Transcript[]

The hydroelectric plant powered a lot of Charleston. A little ironic for coal country, I always thought.

They were so close to getting it back up and running when it all happened.
