Respectfully, I disagree with your speech. Captain Murphy has no right to tell us that we can't leave, can't aid our neighbors. They're right down the road, not in a foreign country. They're American too. For god's sake there are children out there. If we don't rise to the occasion and have the courage to face this crisis, together, how can we hope to survive? The only thing that matters is people, and, right now, people have got to help each other.
I'm going out tonight, and a few other students and townspeople are coming with me. We're bringing anyone who can travel back. If they're too sick or hurt to travel, we can take supplies to them. I understand that you've got to do what you think is right but I hope you won't report us.
