The final scene is a holotape in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part two, America's Playground.
Location[]
The tape can be found in the Showman's Pier, only when the quest Custodial Compulsions is active. It is one of six clues to find in the quest's optional objective. It is on a counter in the large main concessions stand to the west.

*gunshots, followed by a heavy thud, and crying*

Theatre Tech: Something's wrong. We have to stop the rehearsal.
Director: Oh, for Christ's sake. We're not going to stop- *gunshot*
Theatre Tech: Shit! I think they're dead for real!
Director: Tomorrow is opening night. They can't be dead! Wake up, you idiots!
Theatre Tech: Someone replaced the prop gun! Hurry, get a doctor!
Director: God damn it! All this work for nothing. *sigh* Well, they're better dead than incompetent.
