The Naturalist is a scientist in Appalachia.
Background[]
A scientist interested in cryptids and other creatures in Appalachia, the Naturalist is an eccentric taxonomist[1] researching a variety of creatures native to Appalachia.[2] She provides some insight into various animals, including the cave cricket, which she calls the "Appalachian Hexapod Colossus."[3]
