Walkthrough[edit | edit source]
This quest takes place in a mine with a random layout with around seven floors. Enemies include radroaches, with the possibility of glowing radroaches, raiders, including raider leaders, and mole rats, possibly including mole rat broodmothers.
Around the middle of the mine is the secondary treasure trove, where three raiders can be spoken two. If the second dialogue option is chosen, a fight is avoided and a legendary junk is rewarded. Fighting them does not yield a legendary junk. A rare weapon and some caps can also be found in this room.
Near the bottom of the mine is a raider leader accompanied by two other raiders who can be spoken to. Regardless of what dialogue option is chosen, a fight will ensue. After they are defeated, the main treasure trove in this room can be accessed, which includes a lunchbox, and two bottles of Nuka-Cola Quantum.
Dialogue[edit | edit source]
|Opening dialogue||Dweller response||Character response|
|What do you want, Dwellers?
Don't tell me you're after Shaun's treasure too...
|Aren't you Shaun's muscle?||No, we're freelancers, killing for fun and profit.|
|I heard the treasure's at the *other* end of the rainbow.||Makes sense. All we found so far is this junk.|
|If we believe in it, then it exists in our hearts.||On that topic, do you believe in bullets?|
|Ya came to the wrong neighborhood, lads!
Think ya can come here and rob the milk outta my tea?
|So you're the leper Shaun at the end of the rainbow?||Hmm...when ya say it out loud it *does* sound a bit daft.|
|I'm not sure what you're saying, but I sense you're upset.||Aye, sure look it.|
|Hand us your treasure and everything will be fine.||I will yea, ya muppets!|
