The Coming Storm was a limited-time community event for Fallout 76. It ran from June 15, 2021 until July 6, 2021
Overview[]
The Coming Storm was a community event building up to the release of Steel Reign, the concluding chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel storyline.
The promotion revolved around a free Brotherhood of Steel backpack skin in the Atomic Shop. Players were tasked with completing special Daily Challenges while wearing a backpack equipped with the skin. The tasks ranged from completing an Event in a particular region to laying claim to a Workshop. Each Daily Challenge progressed toward a Weekly Challenge, in addition to awarding a consumable item. Completing 3 Daily Challenges in a given week would unlock a Brotherhood of Steel themed reward. Completing 2 of the 3 Weekly Challenges would unlock a secret bonus award.
