Salvage treasures brought to the surface by Mole Rats agitated by the ringing bells.

The Bell Tolls is an unused event in Fallout 76.

Quick walkthrough

  • Head to the church to start the quest.
  • Defeat the mole rat waves, loot the disturbed dirt container after each wave.

Detailed walkthrough

The event starts upon nearing First Friends Church, triggering a pre-recorded message by Melody Larkin. Inside the church, the player has to fight several mole rats, appearing in three waves with increasing difficulty, with the first wave being easy mole rats, the second medium and the third hard. Between each wave, a "disturbed dirt" container appears inside the church, which can be looted for randomized rewards. After beating the last wave and looting the last container, the quest completes without additional rewards.
