The Action Hero, a 50 cal machine gun, is a unique weapon in the Fallout 76 add-on Wild Appalachia.
It was available as a reward for completing the weekly challenge "Implements of Destruction" in Survival mode from April 23 to April 29, 2019. The weapon was then made available again from August 27 to September 3, 2019.
