The Action Hero is a heavy gun in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.
It was available as a reward for completing the weekly challenge "Implements of Destruction" in Survival mode from April 23 to April 29, 2019. The weapon was then made available again from August 27 to September 3, 2019.
