Terry is a Railroad agent living in the Railroad HQ in Fallout 4.
Background[]
Terry is a Railroad agent currently working at the headquarters during the daytime. Tinker Tom has him testing a prototype railway rifle; as part of the tests, Terry has suffered first degree burns, hypothermia[2] and most recently, the effects of an explosion.[1]
