Found in Navarro, it is stored in the base commander's locker, which requires a Lockpick skill of over 75% to successfully open.

- Retrieve the FOB from the base Commander – Besides picking the lock, you may also trick the Commander into giving you the key with a high enough Speech skill. Should the Commander be dead, and you do not have the 75% Lockpick to pick the lock, you can either open it by detonating plastic explosives in the vicinity or by using a crowbar with high Strength to wedge it open.
- You need to use a FOB to access the navigation computer – head to the tanker in San Francisco. Go to the lower level, and use the FOB to open the door. This will allow The navigation computer needs the NavComp part to work to continue.
Behind the scenes[]
A wrecked Highwayman that was to appear in Van Buren was supposed to contain a trunk full of microfusion cells and a tanker FOB.[1]
