Tank Killer is a perk in Fallout 76, and a perk in the Nuclear Winter battle royale mode.
Effects
Tank Killer reduces the physical Damage Resistance of your target and adds a chance to stagger the target. However, it does not change the target's energy, radiation, or poison resistances.
