Oblivion referenceEdit

In the Elder Scrolls universe, Ysmir is the Nord's version of Talos. Just wanted to point that out.--209.244.31.59 19:32, 9 December 2008 (UTC)

It's not an Oblivion reference, just a reference to Norse mythology in both. Ausir 20:01, 9 December 2008 (UTC)

Just wanted to say that if you talk to the bartender, also, before Ymir kills him, Ymir won't kill him. So, you could speak with either one. (Xbox 360).

I found if you mess around with the Bartender's dead body, Slavers become hostile. AlbinoTitan 01:05, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

Does Ymir ever sleep? Edit

I have a stealth character, and teh Sandman perk, and wanted to start killing off the slavers in their barracks. But, as I was hanging out in there, a fight broke out between the Slavers and Jotun, and Jotun was killed. Carolina Red then went to bed (where I Sandman killed her), but none of the others ever did. The other bastard I was really hoping to snuff was Ymir. I don't know why, but I just hate that guy! And by using the perk, I don't turn the whole place hostile.--66.253.113.38 20:00, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

Fallout 2? Edit

He's in Fallout 2?Wiggity,wiggity,what? HuangLee 23:15, October 18, 2009 (UTC)

Yep, sure is.--Kingclyde 23:37, October 18, 2009 (UTC)
How do you know that this Ymir is that Ymir? I think Ymir in FO2 is obviously just a joke.- Dr.Xen 19:41, November 28, 2009 (UTC)
I re-added and fixed the entry. Its accuracy should be satisfactory now. I do think it is appropriate in the Behind the scenes section.--Gothemasticator 20:10, November 28, 2009 (UTC)

A pleasant suprise. Edit

After i had activated the bomb in megaton and turned it into a smouldering heap, i was ridden with guilt as i made Paradise Falls my new "Hometown". All the named slavers there showed hostility to me in conversation, and it made me regret what i had done more and more.

Then came Ymir, easily the most cheerful and happy person in the entire Capital Wasteland and made me feel like less of an evil prick.

Thank you Betheseda. Thank you for creating the cheerful, bartender crushing slaver Ymir. --92.32.240.229 20:33, March 29, 2011 (UTC)Anonymous 2
