I think it is quite likely that Willy is the former owner of Willy's grocers, a small way to the east of Tenpenny Tower.--JohnnyVoodoo 23:49, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

• I'm nearly agreeing with you there, Johnny. The building and it's sign are both pre-war constructs. I think it's likely that Willy simply took his name from there, similar to Haley. Pog 11:54, June 15, 2010 (UTC)
