Possible Bug on PS3?

I was just playing Point Lookout(Japanese version) for the first time on PS3. When I got to the Truck Wreckage, all the objects around there were messed up like Havok engine when berserk. I saw unmovable objects such entire motorcycle and tires floating in air and other movable objects like doll's heads and barrels all spread around in vicinity. I didn't find this bug on this page, so it may be Japanese version only. Has anyone else experienced this?

This "bug" can pretty much happen on any version, I own the NA (PS3) version and have the exact same problem. Its fucking bullshit that Bethesda can't release a patch. I want to fix the Lighthouse but noooo! Only the Xbox and PC snobs can cheat with console commands....
