Sheet Music? Edit

I've searched high and low for the sheet music on the roof of the hotel, I assume that it was blasted away during the scripted fighting scene and have a hell of a time finding it, does anyone have any ideas? I know there are other sheet music pieces elsewhere but it has just baffled me as to whether this item exists or not since I have a bit of a Wasteland Hoarder mentality. 14:44, April 18, 2012 (UTC)

Deleted Junk Edit

I deleted this junk from the page:

There is also a giant willy loot that can be very useful when going to the oasis to screw a tree which can be such a fun activity to a vault dweller. There is also the vault dwellers guide to being a hobo which is useful when sneaking around the city of tokyo in Fall Out 10

Statesman Hotel Edit

How do I get out of the Statesman Hotel.... I have been wondering around for 2 days now and I cant find the exit. Arrrrgh ...Im Trapped like a rat!!!! HELPKlsisco 22:39, 11 January 2009 (UTC)

I AM STUCK TOO. Anybody find a way out?

what floor if its mid floor you have to go to the elevator that says Hotel Resturant. if at the resturant there should be a staircase you have to go up to get to the roof where you will finds the rangers(P.S. have a sensor module (fission battery) with you cause you need it to get on the express elevator down)

What happens if you don't want to complete the quest, is there still a way out (to get Theo's cache code etc.).

Good question. Seems like once you fall down the hole in the floor shortly after the mid-level entrance, there's no clear way to get back up there to the outside exit. Slinkygn 11:50, July 12, 2011 (UTC)

Bathroom Bug Edit

I encounter a bug every time I go in - or even touch the door of - the bathroom in a room on the main floor. The door glitches and although it appears open, I become trapped in that room, pushed back by an invisible force in the doorway. --Big Chief Knockemboots 02:31, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

Theo's Body Edit

Could someone please add info on WHERE Theo's body is, exactly?

It's on a stairwell, like you were told. Can you please subcategorize questions not directly related to another and sign when you edit? --Big Chief Knockemboots 04:35, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

just keep an eye on the ground when in the stairwells, and you'll eventually see a human body. thats theo. look right next to the body and theres the ammo box.

Has anyone else noticed that Theo's arms appear to be attached to his body, just without arms, in a Rayman-esque way? -- 18:25, October 18, 2010 (UTC)

The "Real" Statesman Hotel Edit

Could the Statesman Hotel be refering to the Statesman Motel in Alexandria VA (pretty close to DC)?

If so does it deserve to be placed in Trivia?

FEV in Delta IX Rocket? Edit

I removed the sentence "However, this may also be one of the reasons that Super Mutants populate this area, as they may hope to find more of the FEV inside the destroyed rocket." from the section marked notes in the article. This sentence has no factual basis and makes no sense, as the only known sources of FEV are the vats in Vault 87 and Mariposa Military Base.

IMO, the super mutants(with the exceptions of Fawkes and Uncle Leo) are too stupid to know that. However, I will agree that it doesn't go in the article as it is speculation(although hilarious and, due to the mindset of supermutants, possibly correct). JerichoRCDF 19:14, December 8, 2009 (UTC)

Trivia needing verification/corroboration Edit

The above moved from article page. I removed it from the article once before, but it has been re-added, so I move it here for some discussion.

I've looked at the picture of the linked-to hotel, and I do not see a clear and definite visual correlation. Is there some other reasoning behind the statement that the in-game building is based off the Willard? Please fill me in.--Gothemasticator 09:52, December 18, 2009 (UTC)
I see it and it's a pretty striking resemblance. Now, check if the location's similiar, too. 11px-Naglowaa_se.gif Tagaziel (call!) 11:54, December 18, 2009 (UTC)
The location is somewhat similar, although the Willard is closer to the river than the Statesman as far as I can tell (map). I think the name "Statesman" fits very well with this theory, considering the Willard has a history of housing high-ranking diplomats and US presidents. -- Porter21 (talk) 12:10, December 18, 2009 (UTC)
Adding it back in. Thanks, guys, for the input.--Gothemasticator 20:16, December 18, 2009 (UTC)

computer hacking Edit

is it possible to access the ranger compound without Reilly telling you? (i mean is it possible to hack the computer as if it were a normal terminal)

Yes. Hazza B 19:42, June 27, 2010 (UTC)

Helpful Hint needed in Notes Edit

The first paragraph under "Notes" implies that it is possible to exit the Statesman and back-out into Vernon Square near the fallen antenna, therefore making Fast-Travel possible. However, upon searching the immediate area, I couldn't find any items to stack that would allow for the jump back up through the hole in the ceiling. Items that I tried to use came from the surrounding suites a bit further in, and included a fire extinguisher and two hazard cones. After moving them some distance from their points of origin, they began to disappear when released or sat on the bed, only to reappear if I re-grabbed the general area where I last saw them. Even though I have plenty of caps and raw materials, it bugs me to no end to leave stuff behind.

Am I completely missing something obvious? Can someone that has gone back through this way remember how they jumped out? Thanks in advance for any suggestions. metalheadHippie "It is not when or where men are born, but what they do that makes them brothers." (talk) 07:59, February 3, 2014 (UTC)

A bit late but I added a note regarding how to fast travel away using a glitch in conjunction with standing on the toilet in the room. I'm aware some folks have used Theo's body+traffic pylon among other items to jump back up, but I believe this is the most painless way out. 02:42, September 19, 2016 (UTC)
