Not a major character

Slappy is listed in the Template as "Fallout 1 Major Character". Is this a gag? He needs to be removed from said template. V.A.T.S. addict 03:36, 27 June 2009 (UTC)

The only reason I could see him being a major character is that he leads you to the dying Super Mutant who gives you information that's important to the story. Through him, you figure out that the Mutants are kidnapping people, and may make the connection that they're turning them into Super Mutants. MenciusTheFirst 01:23, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
