northwest section, open map and it's slightly left of the path into Jacobstown (if you have found vault 22 it's in line with that).
Remnant Power Helmet?
Is the helmet present in the mine before accepting the For Auld Lang Syne quest?
I've been through the mine several times and searched the NW corner (reported area of the helmet) of both the upper and lower "rooms" and nada. Also, searched through the whole mine very carefully - no skeleton, no gate, no helmet.

I've just been through without accepting that quest and the remnant power helmet is certainly there on the upper ledge behind a gate.
Confirmed presence without quest. The cave is large and dark. It is easy to miss the turn leading up to the item in question. Look for shrooms with a greenish light which (kinda) indicate the way up there.
Did the legendary cazador respawn for you guys one you were up the ledge?
Yeah most enemys respawn after a while so if you havent been there for a while be careful, im still scared of going back to the deathclaw cave incase the lagendary deathclaw has come back lol
Stealth Boy

I couldn't find the Stealth Boy either..

Regarding the legendary cazador - I only came across this once I picked up the helmet on the upper ledge. I found it really easy to kill, incendiary grenade and 4 shots with a cowboy repeater once the incendiary had worn off and finished burning it. 78.105.136.251 21:47, January 21, 2011 (UTC)
Notable loot??
Some of the "notable loot" listed is rather petty garbage (brass knuckles, varmint rifle, foodstuffs). Shouldnt this be removed..?

Not a bug
under the bugs section, it says animals spawn there when fast traveling, which can be dangerous for low level players. That's not really a bug. Things spawn and respawn in places. It's part of the game.
