Can anyone confirm that you can go above 10 with this perk?

The note says this perk still works when perception is already 10. Thus for the perk to work, for ranged combat the system would treat as if you had 12... but is there any evidence that this works? 75.177.140.205 03:42, December 15, 2014 (UTC)
