World object?[]
Currently this page is formatted as a creature. However, there is no indication that this is considered a creature in the game. Personally I think this page should be part of the Fallout setting because that's all we know about it. It's there, but it's not a concrete object or thing in the game. I guess it's somewhat similar to the Cloud, Fog, and FEV.
