His Purpose[]

- Have we any proof? Could someone spawn him/her (dunno what gender)for the picture. I'm gunna guess cut Random Encounter or cut Unmarked/Side quest. Doubt he was a full quest participant but he maybe.

I'll spawn one or more and take a picture. I just happened to run across these guys while overhauling the list of mezzable NPCs. They use the raider skin, but based on other data in the GECk they're non-aggressive and prone to fleeing combat rather than fighting. Kris (talk) 20:27, August 5, 2010 (UTC)
As they use radier skins does that mean that the Race and gender are randomized on spawn? If do we should fill in the Character Box with that info.

- They don't seem to use random races, they seem to be identical when spawned with the same Base ID. Also, they were probably supposed to be somehow related to Rock Creek Caverns, since their Editor IDs have "RockCreek" in them. I've taken some screenshots (somehow missed one of them, not sure which) and I'm about to upload them and set one as the main image. Kris (talk) 20:42, August 5, 2010 (UTC)

- Ah, me means the Punkd hair stile. The color of his skin and hair are too close so it looks like he's got a buldge in his head. And yes, human.

Typo? It's either that, or before these guys were cut, Rock Creek Caverns were going to be called Rock Crick Caverns; crick and creek are synonyms. Kris (talk) 21:42, August 5, 2010 (UTC)
Bounty[]
I tested with the Contract Killer perk; killing one did not yield an ear. I lost karma when I killed him; should I bother to add the Lawbringer perk and see if he drops a finger? Diaglogue?[]

- They don't go into a dialogue screen, but trying to talk to them will give you comments like a warning about a Yao Guai den to the north "Watch out, there's a 'Guai den to the north. I'd steer clear of it if I were you." I'd have to go and spawn one and talk to it a few times to get a fuller picture of what they can say; that was the only line of dialogue (aside from "Hey") that I managed to capture in a screenshot. Ok thanks, I was just curious cause I remember in a random encounter their was a few wastelanders looking for Rock Creek Caverns and they were getting chased by a deathclaw, and if you saved at least one of them, then talked to them they would give you a note about Rock Creek Caverns( the note was also a map so it gave you the location on your pip-boy map) and the note talked about untold riches in Rock Creek Caverns. And I think the Rock Crick hunter(s) may have been intended to have been or replace the generic wastelanders.Shadow 16:31, August 12, 2010 (UTC)

- @Shadow. I'm just gunna guess that they would be near Rock Creek Caverns.
- Seeing as they said "Be very very quiet. They can hear you coming a mile away" means that they are near an enemy, most likely Mirelearks.
Because they are called Hunters they are probably hunting something in the Rock Creek Caverns. That means Mirelurks, so they are probably referring to them. Although it's also likely that they would replace the wastelanders the speech points more towards not having just been atacked by a Deathclaw. You may be right though.

hey dont wanna nag or something but why would such a contributer like him lie about it you first proof that isnt true becasue there cut content just cant just delete it becasue the are the same as hunters because there not if u ask me there like the lawbringers there a unique little group of NPC's but these were CUT from the final version.
