Automatic ROF equal to the Minigun?

Someone put in the article for this weapon that the Automatic variants of this weapon rivals the rate of fire from a minigun in this article, I have used both types of weaponry and I am almost certain that the Radium rifle has a slower rate of fire than the Minigun (in fact i wouldn't be surprised if it has the slowest ROF for a projectile weapon in Fallout 4). However I don't have the PC version of the game so I can't look at detailed stats for both guns, so anyone who can actually get some detailed info on this front would be welcome.

Mods and Effects
