Obtaining the Psychic Nullifier

I have a friend (seriously) who says he got the headgear by reverse pick-pocketing combat armor, reinforced mark 2 helmet along with a bunch of other things. He said he swapped things with him a bunch of times and ended up with it somehow. He says there isn't a name for it on the pipboy, just 3 dots. I don't know what someone can do with this information, but I figured I should at least mention it as no one else has. I've tried several times and it cant be obtained. If you give him the helmet, he will put it on but he never takes the nullifier off. Does your friend play on a console or pc? ReapTheChaos 18:45, June 9, 2011 (UTC)

Alien Artifact?

I have heard things about this being a Alien Artifact. In Fallout 4, after "the secret of the Cabot house" (if you killed Lorenzo), Jack Cabot mention heading Southwest to the Mojave to find another alien artifact I believe.
