Whats the best use for quantum?

More information about what seems to be the best Investment would be nice. If you dont wanna spend real money: would u rather keep it to rush quests or to max a dweller?

The answer depends entirely on how you play, If you're not bothered about the quests and just want to look after a vault then many would say quests, if you want to focus on quests then rushing would be the response.
