I'm reading through some of the references on here and honestly, they don't fit in with what is being said. If no-one has any objections or concerns I propose to do the following:

1. Remove superfluous references do not fit/add no supporting evidence
2. Truncate relevant references to the key notation's with links to the full transcript for further reading.
