Were can mortimer be found once Beyond the Beef has been completed? He runs away at the end, so can he be found in the game?

I would like to know aswell.

Weird, for me he just sits at the white glove only section, either way i still have him. You can also just get his spawn ID and respawn him if you have Fallout for PC.

That's exactly why I came to this page. I wanted to know, but I don't feel like bothering to follow him. Ganondorf 01:45, October 11, 2011 (UTC)

Ok, so I tried, and it seems that he just vanishes once he gets to the main entrance. I went outside right after him, but he wasn't around. Ganondorf 01:48, October 11, 2011 (UTC)

As the article says he really goes nowhere. His AI package includes a script disabling the character at the end of the travel package. The best example of this behaviour is benny fleeing to the elevator. He doesn't really take the elevator and then travel to the fort. He is disabled and the character you meet at the fort is a different one. Another example is Elizabeth Kieran. At the end of GI blues she walks to her room and enters a locked door. But if you unlock the door she is not inside. She has no more use in game so she is disabled forever. There are many similar examples in game. The fate of Mortimer post quest is left to your imagination.--Croquignol 00:24, October 21, 2011 (UTC)

Posible slideshow-ending: "As he wandered into Mojave, He got killed and eaten by molerat in Sloan" Most likely :) --Sokoro 10:30, November 5, 2011 (UTC)
