Charisma 7 for all positive interactions?

Do I need to be Charisma 7+ to give them Rocket Souvenirs or Dino Toys too, or is that just the requirement to play with them? 87.194.75.168 04:31, February 25, 2011 (UTC)

Kid's outfits
