Prerequisite to find the Freefall Legs?

I just cleared the lower part of the building when I was randomly walking around in the city. When I finished all the gunners there, I used the console command to enable "flying" out of curiosity and explored the higher levels. I found the chamber with the computer terminal with the backstory and the safe, but the safe did not contain the Freefall Legs. Only some random ammunition, pre-war money, and a modded gun. I am currently level 22 and my main story quest is to go to doctor Amari (beginning of "Dangerous Minds"). Is it possible for other players to find the Legs that early?

Odds are the loot doesn't spawn until you get the quest to properly reach that part of the building. This is true for a lot of things in Bethesda RPG's, but it's only speculation at this point, as we cannot look to see using the not yet released CK/GECK for the game. You can get to the freefall legs with the jetpack and without clipping into the walls. There's 3 ledges/rooms in the side of the walls.

Due to confusing viewing angles, I first scouted the upper rooms using the tcl console command. The safe did not have the Freefall Legs in it. I then quit the game without saving to guarantee clearing out the console command, ran the game again, reloaded, and used the X-01 jetpack (with buffjet, jetfuel, mirelurk egg omelette, etc.) to make it up there "legitimately." This time, the Freefall Legs were in the safe. I did not have the Institute quest for the building. Also, I was level 61 at the time, though I don't think that mattered. --GryphonQ (talk) 04:12, December 8, 2015 (UTC)

Fusion Core at the very top?

Found a Fusion core at the very top of the building, in a wrecked room. Not sure if it is accessible without TCL, but it might be with a jetpack. Can someone double check to make sure it's not just me? It's one level below where you find the Freefall legs. --188.25.141.131 20:40, January 2, 2016 (UTC)

How do you reactivate the power? I can't really give more details due to spoilers :/

Main Reactor Bug.

I'm not certain why this is, but when entering the main reactor room with just 1000 radiation resistance from a hazmat suit, I receive less than 1 rad per second. When I enter with power armor and enough Rad-X to have over 2000 resistance, I receive over 10 rads per second and my health quickly deteriorates. This happens without the added bonus from Rad-X as well. Could this be a bug?

Another Stealth Boy

Found another Stealth Boy on a metal shelf behind an expert locked door. The glass floor room, above the main lobby, has a chemistry station inside the locked door, stealth boy is right next to it. Can anyone verify? Thanks.
