Ultralight build is superior in almost every way, it results in a overall savings in weight when compared to the added carry weight offset and also gives you more AP to use in Vats or for sprinting (Seventh sage (talk) 20:21, June 10, 2016 (UTC))
Don't have the figures but with all other armor, Ultra Light works out better in terms of carry weight plus it has the Action Point Bonus on top of that. I would say it would be the same for the Marine Armor. DngnRdr (talk) 03:12, June 11, 2016 (UTC)

Weird armor mod bug
I found an Assault Marine torso piece that was way below the stats it should have been. When I "lowered" it to the basic Zealot armor, it turned out to have an Assault Marine leg mod attached.
